How To Check iPad Battery Health 15/04/24

You can check the battery health of your iPad with this simple trick.

Follow these steps or watch our helpful video below.

  1. Open your settings app on your iPhone. If you tap battery in there, you’ll see there is no way to check the actual battery health like there is on an iPhone, but don’t worry we have a workaround for this.
  2. Scroll down and head to privacy and security.
  3. Scroll to the bottom until you see analytics and improvements, tap that and at the top make sure that the share iPad analytics is toggled on.
  4. Tap analytics data and you’ll see several files here.
  5. Tap the one that says analytics along with a recent date
  6. Once in there you’ll see a long block of text – don’t worry we don’t need to understand any of this. All you need to do is scroll right to the bottom and you’ll see a last block of text in a paragraph at the bottom (this may be easier to understand if you watch the video below).
  7. Simply hold down to copy this text and get the entire last paragraph.
  8. Next, go to the home screen and head into your notes app.
  9. Paste the copied text into a note.
  10. Tap the three dots at the top and then tap find.
  11. Here we want to type the words (with no spaced): maximumcapacitypercent.
  12. The find feature will highlight the ‘maximumcapacitypercent’ words in the pasted paragraph and the number next to it is your battery health.
