May 27th 2024 Bank Holiday
If you’re ordering a phone on Mozillion this May bank holiday, here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
Please consider this info before contacting our customer service team.
We normally deliver on Monday to Saturday but there will be no deliveries in or out from Royal Mail on Monday 27/5/24. Those will be delivered/despatched on the Tuesday.
If you’ve ordered a phone on our marketplace, please note it may take a couple of extra days to reach you due to the bank holiday as Seller’s phones won’t be delivered to us for checking and testing on the Bank Holiday Monday.
If you have sold a phone on Mozillion and sent it on Friday or Saturday, we won’t receive it until the Tuesday to test and process payment.
Friday 24th May – delivering and processing as normal
Saturday 25th May – delivering as normal
Sunday 26th May – no deliveries
Bank Holiday Monday 27th May – no deliveries or processing
Tuesday 28th May – delivering and processing as normal
Wednesday 29th May – delivering and processing as normal
Please note, our Customer Service and Order teams will not be available on Monday 27th May 2024.
