If you’re ordering a phone on Mozillion this Easter bank holiday, here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
We normally deliver via Royal Mail on Monday to Saturday but there are exceptions to this over Easter.
Good Friday 2024 – no deliveries
Saturday 30th March 2024 – delivering as normal
Easter Sunday 31st March 2024 – no deliveries
Easter Bank Holiday Monday 1st April 2024 – no deliveries
Tuesday 2nd April 2024 – delivering as normal
Wednesday 3rd April 2024 – delivering as normal
Royal Mail won’t collect orders from us on Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday so orders that would normally be despatched on those days will not be despatched until Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
If you’ve ordered a phone on our marketplace, please note it may take a couple of extra days to reach you due to the bank holiday as Seller’s phones won’t be delivered to us for checking and testing on Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday.
Please note, our Customer Service and Order teams will not be available Friday 29th March – Monday 1st April.
