How is the reward applied?
The reward is applied to your bill every month, if you have a surplus of funds after clearing your bill, these funds will always roll over to you next bill(s).

How long does it take for rewards to show up?
The reward amount is shown prior to you making any e-gift card purchase. The reward is deducted instantly from you monthly Mozillion phone bill.

There’s no limit to how much you can save.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Yes, it’s very secure. We use Adyen as our payment gateway, and Mozillion does not store any payment details on the app or website.

No — simply log in to your Mozillion account using your existing details in the app.
What if my purchase doesn’t track?
If your purchase doesn’t track, we have a dedicated help desk available to help resolve any issues.

Yes — you can use the QR code, or the code and PIN, to make purchases online or in-store where applicable.
How do I get started?
If you’re on a SIM-only plan, you can upgrade to one of the Kill Your Bill plans — even mid-contract. Simply upgrade your plan through your dashboard.
