Are there any other costs to use my eSIM?
No — what you pay at checkout is what you get. No hidden fees, no surprise roaming bills, no auto-renewals. Need more data while you're away? You can top up directly from the Mozillion app.
Does an eSIM include a phone number for calls?
Mozillion travel eSIMs are data-only, so you won't get a new phone number. The good news: you can keep your usual SIM active for calls and texts, and use Mozillion just for data. WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, and Zoom all work the same as at home.
Does my eSIM plan replace my current mobile plan?
No. Your Mozillion travel eSIM runs alongside your existing SIM. Both are active at the same time on your phone — use Mozillion for data abroad, your normal SIM for everything else.
How do I install an eSIM?
After purchase, you'll get an email with a QR code. On your phone, open Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, point your camera at the code, and follow the prompts. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
Which devices are compatible?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM — iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and most 2020+ Android flagships. Check the full device list.
How long do I have to use my plan?
Each plan has a validity window from the moment you activate it — typically 7, 15, or 30 days depending on the plan. Pick the duration that fits your trip when you check out.
Can I install an eSIM without scanning a QR code?
Yes. The Mozillion app installs your eSIM with one tap, no QR scanning needed. You can also enter the activation details manually in your phone's settings — we send you the details by email after purchase.
