Brand new phones are always brand new and sealed. Below is a full explanation of each condition for refurbished phones.

Good As New
Fabulous — hard to believe it’s not new. No cosmetic marks, scuffs, scratches, cracks or dents. Fully functional, complete with its original box and accessories. Battery health 90% minimum.

Excellent
Minimal cosmetic marks but definitely no cracks or dents. Any light scratches/marks on the screen are not visible at arm’s length. Fully tested and functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.

- Any light scratches on the screen aren’t visible at arm’s length.
- Any light scratches on the housing are barely visible at arm’s length.
- No marks or scratches on the camera bezel / lens.

Selling as ‘Excellent’? You don’t need to include the original box or accessories — but you can if you choose, and we’ll recycle them for you.

A phone that has lived a little, with moderate signs of use. Some cosmetic marks, light scratches, or possible small chips/scuffs on the body — but definitely no cracks or dents. Fully tested and functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.

Network-locked phones
Not many phones are locked to a network these days, but if you’re not sure whether yours is, don’t worry — Mozillion ensures all phones are unlocked for use on any network before sending them on to the buyer.
