A SIM only deal works like this: the price you pay covers the cost of the data, minutes and texts, plus any free EU roaming for the entire term of the contract – there is no new mobile phone included. Mozillion (or any other provider) will send you a new SIM card by post normally, or by email to download an eSIM (a digital sim) to your existing phone, depending on the type of SIM you order, to get you up and running.
You need to ensure you phone is unlocked to use a SIM only plan from another network provider, alternatively you can keep your existing SIM card if you decide to change tariff to a SIM only plan with your same network provider.

There is no credit check with Mozillion, your next step is to decide if you wish to keep your existing phone number, if you do, you will need a PAC number to complete the transfer by texting PAC to 65075. Enter the code sent to you on to our site or send it to us when you're ready to port your number over.
Once the order is confirmed your new SIM card will be sent by 1st class post, or if an eSIM, sent to your email address for instant use.
If you are keeping your number, the porting will take between 1 and 3 working days to complete.
Yes. If you have an existing mobile number you can transfer it over when you order your SIM card, simply enter the details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. You will need a PAC from your current network provider which you can get by texting the word PAC to 65075. You can also choose to do this later after you order.
If you run out of data mid-month, you won’t be charged for any further usage but also won’t be able to use any services that require data. You can purchase additional 1GB, 3GB or 10GB data add-ons by contacting us via email help@mozillion.com. You are also able to change price plans for your next billing period if you decide you will need more data each month.

Yes. All Mozillion plans include roaming use for data, calls and texts in 41 selected EU destinations. You can use up to 50% of your monthly data allowance on 1GB plans, 25GB on unlimited plans and up to 25% of your monthly data allowance on all other plans.

Yes, you can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone.
If you’re on a pay monthly plan, at the end of your plan duration, your plan will continue on a monthly rolling plan until you either request to cancel it or move to a new plan. If you are on a 12 or 24 month plan, we will contact you towards the end of your contract to advise you of this. If you are on a Pay as you go Prepaid/Preloaded plan, your plan automatically ends at the end of the plan period. You can contact us to change plans.
