Does joining Kill Your Bill cost me anything?
All you need is a Kill Your Bill SIM-only plan (see above). Then just shop like you do every week with our partners, and get an instant cash reward applied to your Mozillion bill every time.
Does my bill actually go to £0?
Yes. Once your accumulated rewards match your plan cost, your bill is £0 that month. Any unused credit rolls to the next month automatically and never expires.
Do I have to change where I shop?
No. You shop at the same places. The only change is you buy their gift card through the Mozillion app first — takes about 10 seconds before you go.
Am I spending extra to earn rewards?
No. You spend exactly what you would have spent anyway. You're just routing it through the app first. Same shop, same basket, same total.
What if I earn more than my bill amount?
Credit rolls to next month automatically. It never expires and you never lose it.
How quickly does the eSIM activate?
60 seconds. Scan the QR code in the app, add the plan in your phone's settings, and you're live. No physical SIM needed.
How do I get my Cash Rewards?

Why do I buy a brand's e-gift card?
It has a QR code on it, which you scan (in store) or enter at the checkout (if shopping online). As soon as you buy any gift cards you receive your cash reward direct to your phone bill, so feel free to buy them in advance.
Can I make gifts to family and friends?
Absolutely. Through the Mozillion app, you can buy and send store gift cards as presents — and receive even more instant cash rewards to shrink or Kill Your Bill.
What if my cash rewards come to more than my next Mozillion bill?
Your monthly bill is absolutely free, and we roll over any credit balance to your next bill. So you never lose out on rewards you've earned.
How do I know how much I'm killing my bill by?
The app states the cash reward on the amount you are spending. Your dashboard gives you a running total of how you're shrinking — or even killing — your bill.
What if I want to return a purchase I've made?
Just contact the brand or service directly in the usual way. Note: refunds are not available on the gift card purchase.
