How do I pay for my Mozillion SIM or phone plan?
When you order your SIM or phone bundle, you will set up your payments. Payments for SIM only plans are taken from your bank account using GoCardless on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are taken 3 days before the start of the next billing period.
If you purchase via PayPal, they have their own terms and conditions which are confirmed when you order.
How can I change my price plan?
Simply contact our customer team at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through your options.
When will my plan renew?
Your plan and allowances will renew on your monthly connection date.
Can I add more data to my plan?
Yes. If you receive a warning that you’re close to your data allowance, you can purchase a data add-on for your plan. Contact us at [email protected] to set this up.
Can I use my phone abroad with my plan?
Yes. In selected countries. Your plan includes EU roaming as standard, but there are limits on how much of your data allowance you can use.
If you’re travelling outside these limits, you can also use our Mozillion Travel eSIM for additional coverage and data while abroad.
