Introducing the iPhone 18 Pro Max

The biggest screen in the Pro range, the fastest chip Apple makes and three 48MP cameras, in a phone that lasts all day and then some. Everything you would ask for, none of the compromises.

Design

Ceramic Shield 2 on the front and the back, so the side that usually cracks is protected too. Light in the hand for its size, IP68 rated against rain and spills, and made with 40% recycled material.

Camera

Three 48MP cameras that get it right first time. The new variable aperture opens up to f/1.48 so dinners and gigs come out bright instead of grainy, and closes to f/4.0 when you want everything sharp. Zoom in to 16x and faces still hold up.

Video

4K Dolby Vision at up to 120 fps, which means slow motion that actually looks good and holiday clips worth watching on the telly. ProRes and ProRes RAW are there if you edit properly.

Display

A 6.9 inch screen with 3,000 nits of brightness, so you can still read it outside on the brightest day. ProMotion keeps scrolling smooth, and Always On means a glance tells you the time.

Processor

The A20 Pro chip handles big games, long edits and Apple Intelligence without breaking a sweat. More to the point, it is the reason this phone will still feel fast in three years.

Battery

Up to 29 hours of everyday use and 43 hours of video. A full day of heavy use with plenty left, and a long weekend away without hunting for a plug.
