Introducing the Google Pixel 11

Google Pixel 11 brings together the things you rely on every day in a phone that stays relatively compact in the hand. You get a 6.3" OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Google's Tensor G6 processor, 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Around the back, there's a triple camera setup with a 48MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide and 5x optical telephoto, while the 4,985mAh battery is there to help you get through the day without constantly thinking about your next charge.

It also runs Android 17 and is set to receive up to seven major OS updates, giving you plenty of reason to expect Pixel 11 to remain current long after you take it out of the box.

Design

Pixel 11 is a good fit if you want a substantial screen without moving to a much larger phone. At 152.8 x 72 x 8.6mm and 197g, it keeps a manageable size while still giving you a 6.3" display to work with. The glass front and back use Gorilla Glass Victus 2, framed by aluminium, giving the phone a premium feel while keeping the design unmistakably Pixel.

It's also IP68 dust and water resistant, so everyday spills, splashes and exposure to water are less of a concern.

Camera

Whether you're capturing everyday moments, getting more into the frame or trying to get closer to the action, Pixel 11 gives you a camera for each situation. The 48MP main camera is designed for everyday photography, while the 13MP ultrawide makes it easier to capture wider scenes. When your subject is further away, the dedicated 10.8MP telephoto camera gives you 5x optical zoom, so you can get closer without simply cropping into the image.

Pixel 11 also gives you plenty of help when you're taking the shot, with optical image stabilisation, dual pixel autofocus and Multi-zone Laser AF. Features including Ultra-HDR, Pixel Shift, panorama and Best Take give you more ways to capture and refine your photos, whether you're taking a quick snap or trying to get a little more from the camera.

Video

Pixel 11 gives you plenty of flexibility when recording video, whether you're capturing everyday moments or something you want to slow down and replay later. The rear cameras can record in 4K at up to 60fps, while 1080p recording goes as high as 240fps for high-frame-rate footage.

OIS and gyro-EIS help keep your footage steady as you record, while 10-bit HDR is available for video when you want greater colour and tonal detail. The 10.5MP front camera is no slouch either, supporting 4K recording at 30 and 60fps for sharper video when you're filming yourself.

Display

The 6.3" OLED display gives Pixel 11 a nice balance between having plenty of room to watch, browse and play, without turning the phone into something that feels awkward to hold. The 120Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and compatible animations feeling smooth, while the 1080 x 2424 resolution gives you a sharp, detailed picture.

HDR10+ support helps compatible content look richer, while brightness reaches up to 2,000 nits in high brightness mode and 3,000 nits at peak.

Processor

At the heart of Pixel 11 is Google's Tensor G6 processor, built using a 3nm process and paired with 12GB of RAM. That gives you plenty of headroom for switching between apps, running demanding software and keeping everything moving smoothly as you go about your day.

You can choose between 256GB and 512GB, so there's room for your apps, photos, videos and other files. There isn't a microSD card slot, so it's worth choosing the storage capacity that best suits how you use your phone.

Battery

With a 4,985mAh battery, the Pixel 11 is built to give you plenty of power for your day. And when you do need to top up, 30W wired charging can take the battery to 55% in around 30 minutes, making it easier to get a useful amount of charge when you're short on time.

You can also charge wirelessly at up to 25W using magnetic Qi2.2 charging. Reverse wired charging and bypass charging give you additional options depending on your preference.

Colours and Storage Options

With four colours to choose from, the Pixel 11 gives you a little more freedom to make the phone your own. Frost and Obsidian offer more understated options, while Pistachio and Hibiscus bring a little more personality. Whichever you choose, the phone is available in the same core configurations.

Storage comes in 256GB or 512GB, with both versions paired with 12GB of RAM. There is no microSD card slot, so if you tend to keep a lot of photos, videos or apps on your phone, the 512GB model gives you twice the built-in storage of the 256GB version.
