Why doesn't PlayStation Remote Play work over my mobile data?
PlayStation Remote Play may not work over your mobile data due to several possible reasons related to network and data settings:
- Data restrictions: If your Mozillion plan is data-only or has limited data allowance, once you run out of data, services like Remote Play won’t work.
- Network coverage: Remote Play requires a stable and fast internet connection. If your mobile data connection is weak or unstable, the service may fail.
- Network settings: Some mobile networks or devices may block or limit certain types of traffic needed for Remote Play.
- VoLTE and WiFi Calling: If you are roaming and these features are enabled but not supported by the local network, it might affect connectivity.

I have two contracts - which SIM belongs to which?
To identify which SIM card is which in your phone, you can follow these steps:
- Check your phone’s SIM card tray: Most phones have a SIM tray that shows the slot numbers (e.g., SIM 1, SIM 2). You can remove the tray using the SIM removal tool and see which SIM card is in which slot.
- Look at your phone’s settings:
- On Android, go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM cards or Mobile Network. Here, you can see the names or numbers assigned to each SIM slot.
- On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data. You will see labels for each SIM or eSIM installed.
- Rename your SIMs: Many phones allow you to rename each SIM in the settings to something recognisable (e.g., “Work” or “Personal”) to help you distinguish them.
- Test by disabling one SIM: Temporarily disable one SIM in your phone settings and check which number or network disappears to identify it.
If you have a physical SIM and an eSIM, the eSIM is usually labeled separately in your phone’s settings.
For physical SIM cards, Mozillion SIMs fit all phones and come in standard, micro, or nano sizes. You can pop out the right size and insert it into the correct slot.
