Refer & Earn cash rewards are paid directly into your bank account by Mozillion within 60 days of the order being processed.
Ensure your payment details are up to date in your Mozillion Dashboard otherwise we won’t be able to pay you your rewards.
Terms and conditions:
- Only sales that have successfully tracked through your unique referral link qualify for payment
- If a customer does not use the referral link to order then no referral payment will be due. This can not be done later.
- Sales that have not been made using your unique link or do not track do not qualify for a referral payment
- Referral payments are validated by 60 days after the order despatches – you will be notified by email once paid
- Once validated, please allow 2-3 working days for the payment to show in your account
- Payments are made directly into the bank account you set on your Refer & Earn account
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offers, cashback or incentives
- Referral payments are valid for a referred customer’s first order only – subsequent or later purchases from the same referred person do not qualify
- You can’t refer yourself
- Payment is subject to the referred order not being cancelled, returned or in the case of pay monthly products, payments must be up to date

Why has my reward not been paid yet?
The reward qualification time is 60 days. This qualification period starts from the day your referral’s order is delivered and paid for. If your referral’s order is cancelled or payments are not up to date, the order will not qualify for a reward.
How can I refer my friends and family to Mozillion?
Once you have registered and logged in, you can find your unique sharing link in the Refer & Earn section of your Mozillion Dashboard. Share the link with your friends and family via text message, email, WhatsApp or on social media.
How many referrals can I do?
There is no limit on the number of referrals you can do.

Only your friend’s first purchase is eligible.
How will I know if my referral made a purchase via my unique link?
