To locate your User Dashboard, navigate to the person icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Here, you can find all the details of your account.
How do I find and edit my asking prices?
To locate your Current Listings, go to your User Dashboard and scroll down to the section showing your Listings. You can revise them up or down, delete them, change the expiry.
How do I update my details?
To update your details, go to your User Dashboard. Under your Hello Name, you’ll see an option labelled Edit details. Click this section to revise your addresses or contact information.
How do I update my bank and card details?
- To update your bank and card details, go to your User Dashboard. Scroll to the Referrals section and look for Edit Bank Details to provide or change your chosen bank account information.
- Keeping your payment details current ensures uninterrupted billing for your SIM plan. You can update your card information or other payment details at any time by selecting Payment details in the Billing section.
How do I change my password?
To change your account password, go to your User Dashboard. Look for Edit Details next to your profile icon, click it, and scroll down below the address section. There, you will see “Want to change your password?” Click this prompt, update your password, and then hit Submit.
How do I find my past sales and purchases?
To see all the phones you’ve sold, go to your User Dashboard and scroll down to Sales History. For phones you’ve purchased, go to your Purchase History. Your complete sales and purchase records can be found here.
