If you’re buying a SIM only plan or a phone on Mozillion this Christmas, here’s everything you need to know about ordering for delivery before Christmas Day.
SIM Card & eSIM Orders
eSIMs
Orders for eSIM are managed through an automated process, so there is no cut-off date for ordering before Christmas. They are normally delivered within 30 minutes over email (or when your the phone part of your order despatches when ordered as part of a pay monthly phone plan).
Physical SIM cards
The last date for ordering physical SIM cards for delivery before Christmas Day is Wednesday 17th December 3pm. After that date, we will still be despatching SIMs up to 23rd December but they won’t be guaranteed before Christmas Day and may arrive after.
Please note, there are no despatches or deliveries on weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
When your SIM order is despatched from Mozillion you will receive a despatch email.
Phone & Accessory Orders
The last date for ordering mobile phones and accessories for delivery before Christmas Day is Monday 22nd December 1pm and these will be delivered by Wednesday 24th December via tracked delivery.
Phone orders placed after 1pm Monday 22nd December may still be despatched for delivery by Wednesday 24th December but this is not guaranteed and they may be delivered week commencing 29th December.
Orders placed from Monday 29th December onwards will take the standard 2-4 working days to be delivered, unless otherwise stated on our website’s product page.
Please note, there are no despatches or deliveries on weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
When your phone order is despatched from Mozillion you will receive an email notification, along with your tracking reference.
Porting | Number transfers
When ordering a Mozillion plan, you can choose to request to transfer your existing number over when you place your order (which will start once your order is despatched), or you can choose to request this later instead by logging into your Mozillion Dashboard.
If you are transferring your mobile number from an existing provider to Mozillion, please note number ports may take an extra few days over the Christmas period. Ports requested by 5pm on Friday 19th December should complete by week commencing Monday 22nd December.
Please ensure you provide a valid and correct PAC code to avoid any additional delays.
No number transfers start or complete on weekends or UK holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
From Monday 29th December the process returns to normal, with port requests taking 1-2 working days.
As always, please keep all SIMs with you until your number transfer has successfully completed.
