For Pre-owned phones, we also check that your phone looks exactly as the seller described it. Phones sold on Mozillion fall into four categories for visual appearance:

  • GOOD. A phone that has lived a little with moderate signs of use. Some cosmetic marks, light scratches, or possible small chips/scuffs on the body but definitely no cracks or dents. Fully tested and fully functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.
  • EXCELLENT. Minimal cosmetic marks but definitely no cracks or dents. Any light scratches/marks on the screen are not visible at arm’s length. Fully tested and fully functional. Original manufacturer parts. Minimum 85% battery health.
  • GOOD AS NEW.Fabulous. Hard to believe it’s not new. No cosmetic marks, scuffs, scratches, cracks or dents. Fully functional, complete with its original box and accessories. Battery health 95% minimum.
  • BRAND NEW. This phone is brand new, sealed and has never been used.
