How do I find and edit my current offers?

Look for ‘Your current offers’, where you can check, increase, decrease or delete an offer. You can also change its duration, and choose to buy instantly using ‘Buy Now’.

How do I find and edit my Asking Prices?

Look under ‘Your current listings’, where you can see your Asking Prices. You can also revise them up or down, delete them, change the expiry, or choose to sell instantly using ‘Sell Now’.

How do I update my details?

Click on ‘Update your details’ to revise addresses or contact details.

How do I update my bank and card details?

Go to ‘Edit bank details’ to give us, or change, your chosen bank account details. This is essential if you’re a seller – because that’s how we pay you. So be sure to keep it up to date.

Go to the separate ‘Edit card details’ to update your credit or debit card details. This is essential for buying and selling on Mozillion. You can change cards or update us with new details any time.

How do I change my password?

Use ‘Change Password’ and following the instructions

How do I find my past sales and purchases?

For phones you’ve sold, go to ‘Your sales history’.
For phones you’ve bought, go to ‘Your purchase history’.

How do I complete Mozillion Insurance cover for my phone?

Once our lab has checked and verified your purchase, you’ll be able to go to ‘Insurance’ and complete the information we need. We will let you know when to do this. Please remember, your phone must be covered within 48 hours of delivery.
