Our plans include unlimited calls and texts for using within the UK and when roaming in the EU, subject to our terms and conditions and fair use policy.
Can I use make international calls from the UK?
Our plans don’t include international calling or texting from the UK to international numbers.
Can I make calls and send texts from abroad back to the UK?
Yes, if you’re roaming in the EU. Outside the UK and EU, your plan cannot be used. For information on data usage while roaming, please see our Roaming & Travel section.
Can I use 4G Calling (VoLTE) and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) on Mozillion?
Yes, if you have a compatible phone. Both 4G Calling (VoLTE or Voice-over LTE) and Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi or Voice-over Wi-Fi) are included with Mozillion’s mobile phone and SIM-only plans.
These services are sometimes referred to as VoIMS.
To use VoIMS on Mozillion:
- You must have an IMS, VoLTE, or VoWiFi compatible mobile phone.
- Your phone settings must have IMS, 4G (or LTE) calling, and Wi-Fi Calling set to ‘on’ (the naming and options may vary depending on your phone model and manufacturer).
- Your phone settings must have 4G data turned on.
- You must be within 4G coverage, or in a Wi-Fi zone and connected to the Wi-Fi network.
