SIM Card and SIM Only Plan Activation Guide
Everything you need to know about activating your SIM only plan
So you’ve ordered yourself a great value SIM only plan from Mozillion and now you need to activate it?
If you don’t have a SIM only plan yet, you can order one here on our site.
Here is what you need to do to activate your SIM:
- Grab your new SIM card and put it in your phone – the card includes three different SIM sizes so you can choose the correct one for your phone
- Follow the steps below for your chosen mobile network
Activating Three / O2 / EE / Vodafone / Virgin Pay Monthly SIM cards
With a pay monthly SIM plan from Three, O2, EE, Vodafone or Virgin, your monthly payments will be taken by Direct Debit by the network using the bank details you provided when ordering your SIM card.
Insert your new SIM card into your phone, it will automatically activate and you can start using it right away.
Keeping your existing phone number
If you want to, you can move your current mobile phone number to your new network by texting the word PAC to 65075 from the mobile number you want to keep. This will generate your PAC code which will be sent from your existing network, it will also include any charges that need paying if you leave the network. Note; if you’re out of contract then there will be no further costs.
You will then need to give this PAC to your new network who will move your current mobile number over to their network and your new SIM card.
- Move your current number to Three
- Move your current number to O2
- Move your current number to EE
- Move your current number to Vodafone
You can also download your new network’s mobile app from your phone’s App Store where you can add further bundles, view your account and view your bills.
Activating GiffGaff / EE Pay As You Go / Lebara / Voxi / Smarty SIM cards
When the SIM arrives, you will need to activate it on the network’s website to start using it.
- Activate GiffGaff SIM card
- Activate EE Pay As You Go SIM card
- Activate Lebara SIM card
- Activate Voxi SIM card
- Activate Smarty SIM card
Even though you selected a price plan when you ordered your SIM card, you can change this when you go to activate it on the network’s website.
Keeping your existing phone number
