What is an eSIM and can I use one?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card that is already installed in most newer smartphones. It lets you switch providers without waiting for a new physical SIM card. It also allows you to run multiple active numbers on one device.
Check if your phone's compatible now by dialling *#06# from the keypad. If an 'EID' number is displayed, you're good to go.
Device Compatibility Check
Make sure your phone supports our eSIM.
Most recent iPhone models (11 and newer), Samsung S20-S25 series, and Google Pixel devices are eSIM compatible.
To check other devices: dial *#06#. If an 'EID' number appears, you're all set.
Number Transfer Information
Yes, now
If you select Yes, your number transfer will start when your order despatches and will be scheduled to complete for when you receive your order.
No
Select No if you don't want to transfer a number to Mozillion (you can transfer later if you change your mind).
Later
Select Later to transfer your number once you have received your order. You will be able to do this in your Mozillion Dashboard where you can also choose the transfer date.
All Mozillion SIMs come with a temporary number that can be used until any number transfer has completed.
Note: You cannot transfer Mozillion to Mozillion, for plan changes, please contact our Customer Team.
