What is the Wallet for?

The Wallet enables you to use Out of Bundle mobile services, these are chargeable services that are not included with phone and SIM only airtime plans.

These optional services are paid for by crediting your Wallet in your Mozillion Dashboard.

What are Out of Bundle charges?

These include international calls and texts (e.g. calling another country from the UK), roaming in non-EU countries, additional data whilst roaming in the EU and sending MMS.

Premium rate calls and texts will also be available soon (due Feb 2026).

How can I top-up my Wallet?
Simply by using your Dashboard, login, select an amount, make the payment and you are good to go.
What is the minimum top-up amount?

The minimum top-up to credit your Wallet is £10, and a maximum of £100.

How can I check my Wallet balance?

Simply login to your Dashboard, scroll down to the Wallet section and select ‘Check my balance’.

Does the Wallet have a Bill Cap?

Yes, you cannot spend more than the amount you credit your Wallet with so you’re in full control.

How do I set a Bill Cap?

Simply choose the amount you wish to top-up with, and this is your bill cap for out-of-bundle services.

What happens when I run low on credit or run out?

We notify you when you reach a balance of 20% remaining, you can select Auto Top-up in your Dashboard so you never run out of credit.

If you use 100% of your Wallet balance, then all out-of-bundle chargeable services will be suspended.

Simply top-up to re-activate these services.

Do I get a new SIM when I top-up?

No you do not, the Wallet is a function linked to your existing SIM card or eSIM to enable out-of-bundle chargeable services?

Can I credit my Wallet whilst abroad?

Yes, simply login to your Dashboard and top-up.

Does Wallet credit expire?

No, the credit added to your Wallet has no expiry date, unless specifically stated on a promotional plan.

What happens to the credit in my Wallet, if I change networks?

We will repay your credit balance by BACS less an administration fee of £5, or the balance of your account if it is below £5.
