Who are Affirm?
Affirm U.K Limited provide consumer credit products and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They provide credit and payment facilities for Mozillion pay monthly products and services.
How does it work?
Choose your phone and plan on Mozillion and head to checkout. Affirm will carry out their checks, set up your pay monthly plan and once completed, we’ll despatch your Mozillion phone and SIM. An upfront payment maybe required to qualify for 0% finance, in addition to any upfront payment to Mozillion. You need to be a UK resident, 18 years and over, with a bank account or debit card.
Are there any extra fees?
We don’t charge any extra fees. The price you pay each month is the price displayed at checkout.
Is there any interest?
Mozillion offers 0% interest over 24 months with Affirm subject to status. Availability is subject to a satisfactory credit check.
Are there mid-contract price rises
There are no mid-contract price rises with Mozillion plans.
When is my first monthly payment taken?
Before you complete your checkout, Affirm will confirm the date of the first monthly payment instalment. If there is an additional upfront cost to also pay on the product you have selected, you will be able to pay for this with your credit/debit card once you have completed the pay monthly plan setup step.
Who do my monthly payments go to?
If you pay monthly for a phone using Affirm, your monthly payments go to Affirm. Your mobile airtime plan is with Mozillion.
How do I view my pay monthly phone bill?
Login to your Mozillion Dashboard to view your plan information. You will also receive a monthly email confirmation from Affirm after each monthly payment.
What if I need a refund or to cancel my order?
Contact Mozillion to request a refund or cancellation. We will let you know if a return is possible and the refund amount according to our Returns policy.
I have a pay monthly Mozillion phone plan and need more data, how do I change plans?
Contact Mozillion if you want to increase your monthly data allowance and we will let you know your available options.
What happens at the end of my contract?
Towards the end of your contract, Mozillion will contact you to let you know your upgrade options – you can choose to end your plan, switch to a Mozillion SIM only plan or upgrade to a new phone on a new pay monthly plan.
