Does literally every phone come with a 12-month warranty?
Absolutely. And that includes New and Pre-owned phones. It’s one of the most generous warranties you’ll find anywhere. But we can be that confident because your phone first receives our 90-point Mozillion Assured inspection.
What does the free warranty cover?
The warranty covers against a parts or system failure (but not if the issue is caused by damage or misuse). We will replace any defective part(s) and cover the cost of the labour.
So why should I think about extra protection?
The biggest risk to a mobile is actually its owner. Think of the times we’ve all dropped our phone, for example. Those accidental knocks aren’t covered by parts and labour warranties.
This is what Mozillion Insurance is for, provided it’s an honest mishap. And when you consider a new iPhone screen can cost £300, being covered can come as a huge relief.

Can I add Mozillion Insurance later?
Afraid not – you need to choose it when you buy the phone, or, at the very latest, within 48 hours of delivery.
How much is Mozillion Insurance?
It ranges from £6.99 to £9.99 per month, depending on the model you’re buying. You will have the option to choose insurance during the purchasing process – and you get the first two months free, on us.
