August 2026 Summer Bank Holiday

Here’s everything you need to know about delivery and customer service opening hours during the August 2026 Summer bank holiday weekend.

Deliveries

eSIMs will continue to be delivered as normal, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - they are usually delivered within 30 minutes of ordering.

For all other products, including phones:

We normally deliver on Monday to Saturday but there will be no deliveries in or out from Royal Mail on Bank Holiday Monday 31/08/26. Deliveries due on those days should be expected the following working day.

Friday 28th August - delivering as normal

Saturday 29th August - delivering as normal

Sunday 30th August - no deliveries

Bank Holiday Monday 31st August - no deliveries

Tuesday 1st September - delivering as normal

Customer Service opening times

Opening hours are:

Friday 28th August - 9am - 6pm

Saturday 29th August - 10am - 4pm

Sunday 30th August - 10am - 4pm

Bank Holiday Monday 31st August - 10am - 4pm

Tuesday 1st September - 9am - 6pm
