Mozillion is the UK\u2019s first dedicated mobile phone marketplace for buying and selling phones.<\/p>\n

As a Customer Order Support Agent at Mozillion, you\u2019ll be responsible for communicating with existing (and potential) customers \u2013 managing orders, customer service and order queries through various mediums of contact including live chat, email and telephone conversations.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also be responsible for booking in and processing customer orders, either when products have been sold on Mozillion and need to be pre-assessed before sale, or are ready to be despatched to customers.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities as a Customer Order Support Agent:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support the Customer Order Manager in the processing of orders and stock items \u2013 this includes assessing products that have arrived at Mozillion and processing products ready for sale and\/or despatch to customers.<\/p>\n

Create customer confidence through professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.<\/p>\n

Convey information in a clear, accurate and concise way.<\/p>\n

Deliver an excellent customer experience whilst handling any general enquiries and escalating complaints to Mozillion senior management.<\/p>\n

Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are adhered to.<\/p>\n

Maintain and share a high level of product, brand and Mozillion expertise.<\/p>\n

Ensure orders, stock deliveries and customer enquiries are processed in a timely manner and customers are kept up to date on progress.<\/p>\n

Update relevant spreadsheets and internal systems, and maintain an accurate record of actions taken and work completed.<\/p>\n

Professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively are key, as is the ability to be both patient and precise.<\/p>\n

Key Skills and Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior experience within a customer service, order management or administrative role.<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.<\/p>\n

Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n

Ability to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office to enter data and communicate with colleagues and customers.<\/p>\n

Capable of ensuring all procedures, rules and regulatory standards are achieved.<\/p>\n

Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues as necessary.<\/p>\n
