Your troubleshooting guide to setting up your Mozillion Travel eSIM on<\/strong> Windows 11<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check on this\u00a0<\/span>list<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>if your device is compatible with Mozillion Travel eSIM services.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

If your device is compatible with Mozillion Travel eSIM services, it must be equipped with an\u00a0<\/span>eSIM\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or a\u00a0<\/span>physical SIM card.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM Profile Installation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Your device is equipped with an eSIM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Check now if an eSIM profile is installed on your device. Go to: <\/strong>Start<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Cellular<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0eSIM Profiles<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the top of the page, you can see which SIM card\/eSIM are installed on your device. Mozillion Travel eSIM profiles will be displayed as TSL-1234\u00a0<\/span>(ex: TSL-0131, TSL-0199, etc.).<\/em><\/p>\n

If you have a Mozillion Travel eSIM profile, click on the little arrow to display more options and click on\u00a0<\/span>use<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to select it\u00a0<\/span>(click\u00a0<\/span>yes<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>on the displayed message)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

If no Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is installed, please follow instructions here<\/a> to install a Mozillion Travel eSIM profile.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Once the Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is installed, click on it to display more options and click on\u00a0<\/span>use<\/span>\u00a0to select it. After that, go to the\u00a0<\/span>next step.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM Profile Activation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

On the network flyout, ensure that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Cellular\u00a0<\/span>(or Mobile)<\/em> is A<\/strong><\/span><\/span>ctivated<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span>
Wi-Fi is D<\/strong><\/span><\/span>eactivated<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 3.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Apply Data to eSIM Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Now apply Mobile data to your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Start<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Cellular <\/span><\/strong><\/span>(or\u00a0Mobile<\/strong><\/span>)<\/em><\/span>. In the drop-down menu at the top, choose the SIM corresponding to your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile to make sure you have selected the right one, you will see the name Mozillion displayed right under Connection settings with the cellular network bars.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 3.2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Make sure that Roam is set on the Data roaming options:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Start<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Cellular <\/span><\/strong><\/span>(or\u00a0Mobile<\/strong><\/span>)<\/em><\/span>. On that same page on the Data roaming options field, select\u00a0<\/span>Roam<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0in the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Important<\/span>:<\/strong>
<\/span>If you have carefully followed previous steps, your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is now used for the cellular data connection\u00a0<\/span>(and NOT your physical SIM card if you have one)<\/em>. This means that you won\u2019t have extra roaming costs as Mozillion Travel eSIM rates will be applied while using the Mozillion Travel eSIM cellular connectivity. In any case, always ensure that your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is selected for cellular data to avoid extra roaming costs while abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 4.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check APN configuration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Now ensure that the\u00a0APN\u00a0(<\/em>Access Point Name<\/em><\/span><\/strong>)<\/em> <\/em><\/span>is correctly set on your device<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Mobile<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, then\u00a0Mobile Operator Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

If the Mozillion Travel eSIM APN\u00a0<\/span>\u201cmbb<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>appears on the list under\u00a0<\/span>\u201cAPN Settings<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>section, go to the\u00a0<\/span>next step<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

If the Ubigi APN\u00a0<\/span>\u201cmbb<\/span>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>does not appear, click on\u00a0<\/span>\u201cAdd an APN<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and fill in:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Profile name:\u00a0<\/span>Mozillion<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u2013 APN:\u00a0<\/span>mbb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on\u00a0<\/span>save<\/span><\/strong><\/span>. This new APN will appear in the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cAPN settings<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>list.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 4.2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Make sure that the Mozillion Travel eSIM APN appears as \u201cApplied<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/span>. If not click on it and select Apply<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 5.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check Network Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

At this step, turn ON\u00a0\u201cFlight Mode<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0for 5 secondes and turn it OFF. This action will refresh the network connection from your device.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 5.2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once you are connected to the network, you will see a network icon appear on the bottom line.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At this step, test your Travel eSIM connectivity by opening the network flyout and click on \u201cView My Account<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/strong>.
Or open a browser and go to mozillion.com\/travel-sim<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
