Your troubleshooting guide to setting up your Mozillion Travel eSIM o<\/strong>n Windows 10<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check on this\u00a0<\/span>list<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>if your device is compatible with Mozillion Travel eSIM services.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

If your device is compatible with Mozillion Travel eSIM services, it must be equipped with an\u00a0<\/span>eSIM\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or a\u00a0<\/span>physical SIM card.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM Profile Installation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Your device is equipped with an eSIM:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Check now if an eSIM profile is installed on your device. Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Start<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Cellular<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

In the menu\u00a0<\/span>\u201cUse this SIM for cellular data\u201d:<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2013 If a Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is installed, it will appear in the list. Select it\u00a0<\/span>(when the right one is selected, the name <\/em>Mozillion<\/strong><\/span> will be displayed right under it).<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2013 If no Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is installed, please follow instructions\u00a0<\/span>here<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to install a Mozillion Travel eSIM profile.<\/p>\n

Once the Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is installed, go to the\u00a0<\/span>next step.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM Profile Activation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

On the network flyout, ensure that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Cellular\u00a0<\/span>(or Mobile)<\/em> is A<\/strong><\/span><\/span>ctivated<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span>
Wi-Fi is D<\/span><\/strong><\/span>eactivated<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 3<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Apply Data to eSIM Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Make sure that Roam is set on the\u00a0Data roaming options\u00a0field:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0Start<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0Cellular<\/span><\/strong><\/span>. In the field\u00a0\u201cData Roaming Options<\/span><\/strong>\u201d, choose\u00a0Roam<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

WARNING:<\/strong>
if you have carefully followed previous steps, your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is now used for the cellular data connection\u00a0<\/span>(and NOT your physical SIM card if you have one, or any other eSIM profile)<\/em>. This means that you won\u2019t have extra roaming costs as Mozillion Travel eSIM rates will be applied while using the Mozillion Travel eSIM cellular connectivity. In any case, always ensure that your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is selected for cellular data to avoid extra roaming costs while abroad.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 4.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check APN configuration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Now ensure that the\u00a0APN<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(Access Point Name)<\/em>\u00a0is correctly set on your device<\/strong><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Networks & Internet<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>>\u00a0<\/span>Mobile<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, then\u00a0Mobile Operator Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

If APN mbb appears on\u00a0<\/span>Internet <\/em>APN\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>Attach APN\u00a0<\/span>lists,\u00a0<\/span>go directly to the step 5<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

If the Mozillion Travel eSIM APN does not appear, go to the\u00a0<\/span>next step<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 4.2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

If the Mozillion Travel eSIM APN does not appear, click on \u201c<\/em>Add an APN<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/em>\u00a0and fill in:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

\u2013 Profile name: Mozillion<\/strong><\/span>
\u2013 APN: mbb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Check the box\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/em>Apply this profile<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>and click on <\/strong>Save<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Now make sure that the Mozillion Travel eSIM APN appears as \u201c<\/em>Applied<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

If not, click on it to display more options and click on\u00a0<\/span>Apply<\/strong><\/span> button.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 5.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check Network Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At this step, turn ON<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c<\/span>flight mode<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0for 5 secondes and turn it OFF<\/strong>. This action will refresh the network connection from your device.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once you are connected to the network, you will see a network icon appear on the bottom line.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At this step, test your Travel eSIM connectivity by opening the network flyout and click on \u201c<\/span>View My Account<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u201d<\/span>.
Or open a browser and go to mozillion.com\/travel-sim<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
