Your troubleshooting guide to setting up your Mozillion Travel eSIM on<\/strong> iPad (OS)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM profile Installtion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Go to: Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>> Mobile Data<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>> under\u00a0<\/span>Mobile Plans<\/span>:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0installed eSIM profile will appear as Mozillion.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If your eSIM profile is already installed,\u00a0<\/span>go to step 2.<\/p>\n

If no eSIM is installed yet, go to\u00a0<\/span>Get started<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and follow instructions for your device.<\/p>\n

If you deleted your eSIM profile, please follow instructions on this\u00a0link.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check eSIM Profile Activation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check if your eSIM profile is installed on your iPad<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Mobile data<\/span><\/strong><\/span> > under Data plans, make sure that your Mozillion Travel eSIM profile is selected with a <\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

As soon as your profile is activated, the network signal will appear at the top of your screen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 3<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Apply data eSIM Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Make sure Mobile Data is activated:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Go to:\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0<\/span>Mobile data<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0>\u00a0activate\u00a0<\/span>Mobile data<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0at the top: make sure that the button is turned on\u00a0<\/span>(in green).<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 4<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check APN Configuration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the same screen, select\u00a0<\/span>APN Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in order to configure the\u00a0<\/span>APN<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(Access Point Name)<\/em>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the APN field, make sure that\u00a0mbb\u00a0is specified. If not, type it in the field.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 5.1<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check Network Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

Turn ON\u00a0<\/span>\u201cflight mode<\/strong><\/span>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for 5 seconds and turn it OFF<\/strong><\/span>. This action will refresh the network connection from your device.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 5.2<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Once\u201cflight mode<\/span>\u201d<\/span> <\/strong>is off, you will see the network appearing at the top.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

In case no network is displayed even after several minutes, go to <\/span>Network Selection<\/span><\/strong><\/span> on this same menu > D<\/strong><\/span><\/span>eactivate Automatic Mode<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0> select a N<\/strong><\/span><\/span>etwork<\/span><\/strong><\/span> on the list that will be displayed after few seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
