How do I pay for my Mozillion SIM or phone plan?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When you order your SIM or phone bundle, you will set up your payments. Payments for SIM only plans are taken from your bank account using GoCardless on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are taken 3 days before the start of the next billing period.<\/p>\n

If you purchase via PayPal, they have their own terms and conditions which are confirmed when you order.<\/p>\n

How can I change my price plan?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Simply contact our customer team at <\/span><\/span>help@mozillion.com<\/span><\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>we\u2019ll<\/span> guide you through your options.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When will my plan renew?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your plan and allowances will renew on your <\/span><\/span>monthly connection date<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I add more data to my plan?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes<\/span>.<\/span> If you receive a warning that <\/span>you\u2019re<\/span> close to your <\/span>data allowance<\/span>, you can <\/span>purchase<\/span> a <\/span>data add-on<\/span> for your plan. <\/span>C<\/span>ontact us at <\/span><\/span>help@mozillion.com<\/span><\/span><\/a> to set this up.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I use my phone abroad with my plan?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes. In selected countries. Your plan includes EU roaming as standard, but there are limits on how much of your data allowance you can use.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re travelling outside these limits, you can also use our <\/span>Mozillion Travel eSIM<\/span><\/a> for additional coverage and data while abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n
