We’re confident you’ll get more for your phone on Mozillion than you would through a trade-in — and we’ll guarantee it.

If you find a better trade-in price from any UK mobile network within 7 days of selling an eligible device, let us know and we’ll pay you the difference, plus an extra £5. That way, you can be sure you’ve received the best possible price for your phone.

To make a claim, email partners@mozillion.com with the trade-in offer you’ve found (a link is preferred). We’ll review it against your Mozillion sale price and confirm eligibility.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of selling your phone. The competing trade-in offer must be equal to or higher than the price received on Mozillion for the same device condition. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Mozillion’s decision is final.
